VIPRE
VIPRE is an anti-virus and anti-spyware (in other words, anti-malware) program manufactured by Sunbelt Software. Like other popular programs, it runs in the background and watches for spyware, viruses and adware. UNLIKE other programs, VIPRE does NOT hog your computer's resources in order to do its duty. VIPRE uses fewer resources than any other program of its kind on the market. For more specifics on VIPRE, please see the VIPRE page.
Remote Access
As we have previously stated, remote access allows us to troubleshoot or update a PC at any distance from the office. We use a variety of virtual private networking and remote control software, similar to Microsoft's Remote Desktop, which must be installed on the PC to work. All of our remote access programs are secure and no files are transferred to or from our office except as necessary to solve a problem and always with the customer's knowledge.
